Welcome to the Dark Roast Dollhouse! By placing an order with me, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both you (the customer) and my small business!

✨ Orders & Payment

Deposits: All orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. Your order is not confirmed until this payment is made!

The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup/delivery.

Prices are subject to change based on custom design complexity, size, and ingredient costs.

Custom orders should be submitted at least 2 weeks before the due date.

✨ Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is in Summerville, SC (29483). Exact address will be provided upon order confirmation.

A $15 delivery fee applies to all local drop-off orders. (I consider “local” about 30 mins out from Summerville) Message me and ask if I can deliver to your area!

Please arrive at the agreed-upon time. I cannot be held responsible for orders left unattended or picked up late.

✨ Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

SC Cottage Food Law: Dark Roast Dollhouse products are produced in a home kitchen under South Carolina Cottage Food Law.

Allergen Warning: My kitchen is NOT allergen-free. I cannot guarantee the total absence of gluten, nuts, soy, or dairy.

My home is fur-baby friendly, but animals are not permitted in the kitchen while preparing or packaging any food or beverages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies before ordering. Dark Roast Dollhouse LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions.

✨ Product Care & Responsibility

Hand-off: Once your order is picked up or delivered, Dark Roast Dollhouse LLC is not responsible for any damage, spillage, melting, or mishandling of products.

Transport: Custom items, tiered items, and beverages require a flat, level surface for safe transport.

✨ Photos & Social Media

Content: Dark Roast Dollhouse LLC reserves the right to take and share photos of all creations for marketing and social media purposes!

Privacy: If you prefer your order not be shared online (for surprises), please let me know in advance. I will make sure to only share after your event.

✨ Cancellations & Changes

Deposits are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled.

Any changes to your order must be finalized no later than 3 days before your scheduled date.

✨ Liability & Agreement

Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or mishandling after pickup.

Agreement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that Dark Roast Dollhouse LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, late pickups/no-shows, or damage occurred during transport/after hand-off.
