Payment Due
A 50% deposit - NON REFUNDABLE - is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your balance will be due a week before pick up.
Cottage Food Laws
Darianna’s Cookies is a home based business and operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Heath Services or a local health department. I can assure you that every possible care is taken to insure clean, sanitary conditions. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but I have to say it per the law.
Delivery
All orders are pick-up only.
Change Cutoff
Order changes can be made up until 10 days before your pick up date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply. Please note this also applies to changes of pick up date.
Bulk Order?
Due to the custom work required for each cookie, I am unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.
