Hi, I'm Damon!
Damon's Bake Shop is a small, family-owned cottage bakery based right here in Dayton, Nevada. I specialize in fresh, handcrafted sourdough breads and baked goods made in my home kitchen with quality ingredients, patience, and a whole lot of care.
As a husband, father, and proud member of the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, I believe in supporting local, building community, and creating food that brings people together around the table. Every loaf, scone, bagel, and baked treat is made in small batches with the same attention and care that I'd put into something for my own family.
Operating as a licensed cottage bakery allows me to focus on what I love most—providing fresh, homemade baked goods to my neighbors and community while keeping that personal touch in every bake.
Whether you're a longtime Dayton resident or just passing through, I'm grateful for the opportunity to share a little homemade goodness with you.
🗓️Ordering & Pickup
Because everything is baked fresh to order, pickup times may vary depending on my baking schedule. Once your order is placed, I'll personally reach out to arrange a pickup time that works best for you.
As a home-based cottage bakery, pickup is coordinated directly with me, and I'll provide the pickup location when your order is ready. This helps ensure your baked goods are as fresh as possible when they reach your table.
