I was blown away when I got sent a sneak peek of the cookies when Chappell confirmed pickup!! She exceeded my expectations with her creativity and the cookies themselves were soft and yummy! Will be ordering from her again!

Chappell out did herself! Not only did she adjust her recipe to accommodate my son’s nut allergy but she created a new design just for us. These cookies don’t just look amazing, they taste amazing!

Chappell was very easy to communicate with and produced the most perfect cookies for my birthday. They tasted delicious and were so detailed with exactly the decoration that I wanted. I asked for an espresso mar”tini bit older” theme and sent her some inspiration designs as well as a preference for some colors that she had used for a previous design I saw on her instagram. She did great! Highly recommend.

Repeat customer here! Damn Good Cookies has done it again! This is the 2nd year I have personally ordered cookies for this specific celebration (but probably the 5th or 6th time I have had them) and they were just as phenomenal as ever! Chappell never disappoints! Not only are her cookies more than beautifully decorated, the flavor is off the charts. I'd eat these cookies no matter how they looked because the flavor and texture are so on point. She is also extremely easy to work with, has a wonderful spirit and is very kind. I’ve ordered my fair share of adorable birthday cookies over the years (my daughter’s parties are basically cookie showcases at this point), but these Minnie Mouse cookies? Next level. Not only were they almost too cute to eat (emphasis on almost), but they were hands-down the best-tasting ones we’ve ever had. Soft, flavorful, and somehow even better than they looked — and they looked like they belonged on a baking competition show. I wish I had a photo to show you, but the guests snatched them up so fast you’d think they were made of magic and sugar (which, maybe they were?). I blinked and they were gone. A true crowd favorite — 10/10 would recommend and reorder (but next time, I’m hiding a few for myself). Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday extra sweet — literally!

I found Chappe’ll on ig just searching for a cookie person that was talented and looked like me. I also had a short time window for my event. She was so gracious, quick responding, reasonable, and kind. Not only did she deal with my last minute changes with grace, but she delivered the most beautifully decorated cookies I have ever seen. My husband was sooo pleased with the artwork AND the taste! I can wait to find another reason to order again!

I reached out to Chappell a week or so before Christmas looking to have custom cookies completed on the 5th of January, she reached out to me immediately to let me know she was unfortunately unavailable because of the holiday. Completely understandable! Not only did she refer me to another cookie artist but she even offered another date that could work for her. I decided to change dates and she took the information I already provided in the request form instead of making me fill out the form again with a different date. Chappell kept me informed throughout the process, answered my questions quickly, and even let me see a preview of the cookies. Her attention to detail, artistic skills, and communication are some of the best I’ve ever worked with. I was nervous bc I don’t live in Austin, but she immediately set me at ease and I knew I could trust her to get my ideas to reality. I HIGHLY recommend Chappell to anyone looking for custom made cookies. She did UT of Austin design for my sister’s new job and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Chappell!!

I ordered some cookies to surprise my fiancé with at his bachelor party and Chappe’ll delivered! I gave her a somewhat challenging theme (the band kiss lol) and she did a wonderful job. Communicating with her was incredibly easy and I love that she was willing to deliver them to my fiancé. Don’t think twice if you’re in need of some cute cookies!

My company has ordered a lot of custom cookies in the past, but none compare to Damn Good Cookies! I recently ordered custom cookies for a baby shower and Chappe’ll nailed the theme and went above and beyond with the most intricate hand frosted designs. Plus the cookies taste SO GOOD.
