Deposits: We require a 50% initial non-refundable deposit to secure the order date requested. Deposit locks in your date, time, decorations, edible images, packaging, add ons etc. Full deposits are only refundable if D🧁mn Desserts is at fault for the cancellation of the order. Final payment: Final payment is due 3 days before the order due date. We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment is late. There is a cutoff time for late payments before the order is cancelled. Rush orders: Same day rush orders require a $100 fee if the books are full. If the books are open then no rush fee is required. Changes: Once you review your invoice and confirm it by sending your deposit or initial payment you may not make any changes to your order. You cannot modify your order details, theme, or time. Once you read this, you are agreeing that no changes may be made to your order. You’ve ensured DAMN DESSERTS you know exactly what you would like to order. Thank you! Cancellations: Canceled orders will be refunded minus the deposit and any monies already spent on supplies. If a cancellation is requested after work has been started, there will be no refunds. Refunds: If a customer requests a refund for any reason, they will be refunded the difference of what was already purchased with the deposit. Non-edibles: Our products will occasionally include non-edible cake toppers and/or decorations on the cake. We’ll let you know which pieces cannot be eaten upon delivery/pickup of cake. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving. Cake design: We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar. Please let me know if you are not satisfied with your cake before it leaves the bakery, I will fix it! Delivery & pick-up: Once an order is no longer in our care (delivered or picked up) we take no responsibility for any damages caused. Please be very careful and vigilant when transporting your cake. All cakes include cake care instructions. Media: We reserve the right to use all photographs and videos of D🧁mn Desserts products for advertising purposes.

Once deposit has been received I purchase everything needed for your specified order. Refund can be issued if cake hasn’t been baked however you will receive what’s left after supplies, decorations, ingredients, etc have been purchased.

Delivery starts at $20 and goes up from there based on delivery address and mileage. There are 4 delivery options under our delivery add on section. There is also a meetup option for people who would like to meet in the middle. This add in option is also listed under the delivery section for $15.

Cakes pick up times are 10:30am-7:30pm. If you need your cake before 10AM please communicate with me and we will do our best to accommodate your time. There is an early pickup fee due to bakery hours. Pickup area is Antioch, TN and it is FREE. Exact address will be attached to the bottom of your invoice. Please don’t forget to list your preferred time in your booking details. There’s no guarantee that your time will be available but I will do my best to make it happen! The last pickup time is 7:30PM

All big cake orders or special occasion orders must be booked 2-4 weeks in advance. The turn around time varies based on the customers order due date and details.

If an individual item is available for sale, it will be posted on our social media sites the day before or the day of.

No. Our black icing does not have an aftertaste. It’s very very good! But it could leave your tongue a little stained from the black coloring.

No. Pop up Bakery only. Pickup locations are posted on @damndesserts_ Instagram daily if we’re open. The pickup location is listed towards the bottom of your invoice.

State taxes and food taxes are added to every order because at the end of the year D🧁mn Desserts has to pay on those taxes, meaning every dollar has to add up. Also, we pay state and food taxes whenever we grocery shop and eat out.

The D🧁mn Desserts heart box feeds up to 12 people. We would recommend an actual cake for larger parties.

No. The burn away cake does not have a nasty aftertaste. It tastes like s’mores after it is burned.
