Welcome to DalsDough!
I’m John, a Chef and Baker, proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and a lifelong dog lover. Based right here in Hoover, I’ve turned my passion for naturally leavened bread into a mission to bring fresh, handcrafted sourdough to our local community. At DalsDough, every loaf is made with care, patience, and quality ingredients—no shortcuts, just real bread the way it’s meant to be.
