Do you offer dairy-free options?
Yes, dairy-free options are available on request. Please include this in your order notes when booking.
How much notice do you need for orders?
A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for all orders. This allows time to plan, source ingredients and give each bake the attention it deserves.
Do you offer delivery?
No. All orders are collection only. Collection details will be confirmed once your order is accepted.
How do I place a custom order?
Please place your order through the relevant product listing and use the notes section to include details such as size, colours, theme and any dietary requirements.
Can you recreate a specific design?
We’re happy to work from inspiration images, but exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Each cake is handmade and finished in our own style.
What are your starting prices?
Prices vary depending on size, design and product type.

Do you take last-minute orders?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate last-minute requests. Please ensure you order with at least 14 days’ notice.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Orders are not confirmed and no dates are held until the booking fee has been received. The remaining balance is due before collection.
Can I change or cancel my order after booking?
As all orders are made to order, the 50% booking fee is non-refundable. Changes may be possible with sufficient notice, subject to availability and design complexity.
