Custom licensed/character - $72+ per dozen

• Signature Vanilla - A delicate hint of lemon zest elevates our signature vanilla.
• Vanilla Almond - A rich sugar cookie infused with warm vanilla and a delicate hint of sweet almond.
• Decadent Chocolate - A sophisticated take on chocolate, reminiscent of the crisp, decadent edge of a gourmet brownie.
To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, I accept only a select number of bookings per week.
**Final Payment is due 7 days BEFORE your pickup date!**
Notice: Custom orders require a minimum 7-day lead time. If you need your order sooner, please email me: natasha@daintymode.com to check availability. A rush fee ($10 per dozen) will apply to short-notice orders.
Policies
Ordering Process |
1. Order Request & Review: Submit your request, and we will review the details and send you an invoice. 2. Deposit: Review and accept the invoice, then place a 20% non-refundable* deposit to secure your spot. *Note: Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied as credit toward a future order. 3. Mockup Design: Once your deposit is received, we will create your mockups and send them over for your review at least 10 days before your event. (Rush orders will NOT receive a mock-up due to the shortened time frame.) 4. Approval: Review the mockups and give us the green light. 5. Production: As soon as you approve the design, we will begin making your order!
Pickup Information |
Local pickup in Menifee. Pick up address will be provided on your final invoice. *Free delivery within 3.5 miles. • Standard Pickup Windows: Monday to Friday 12pm to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 5 pm. • Shipping is available! Please provide address during check out. *For deliveries exceeding 3.5 miles, a round-trip mileage fee will be calculated and applied.
Refund & Cancellation Policy |
All orders are final. Because our baked goods are custom-made and perishable, we do not offer refunds once payment is processed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at least 5 days before your pickup date to receive shop credit. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable. Due to high demand for weekend pick ups, deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of your invoice to secure your spot on my calendar. Unpaid deposits will be automatically canceled to open the date for the next customer.
