🔹 Minimum Order

• Minimum order of 2 dozen for cookies, cake pops, and cupcakes.

Minimum order half dozen for mini cakes .

🔹 Notice Required

• All custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.

• Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and will include a rush fee.

🍪 Custom Sugar Cookies

• Minimum Order: 2 dozen

All cookies are made from scratch and decorated by hand with royal icing.

Each set is customized to match your event theme, color palette, or inspiration photos.

• Filling (if any)

• Design complexity

• Buttercream texture (smooth, rosettes, swirls, etc.)

• Toppers or custom decorations

Cupcakes can be tailored to match your theme, colors, or inspiration pictures — perfect for birthdays, showers, weddings, and more!

🍭 Custom Cake Pops

• Minimum Order: 2 dozen

• Available in a variety of flavors and themes

• Pricing depends on:

• Flavor

• Coating color/design

• Decorations or characters

• Packaging (individually wrapped, bows, tags, etc.)

Each cake pop is hand-rolled and dipped with care, perfect for party favors, dessert tables, or treat boxes. • We do not replicate exact designs.

NOTE:

All cakes,cupcakes, cake pops, & sugar cookies are custom and may vary slightly based on materials, colors, and creative interpretation.

• Colors, textures, and decorations may differ slightly due to the nature of handmade products.

At Da-Liz-ious Cakery, each order is custom-made with love, time, and care. To ensure fairness and quality service for all customers, please review our cancellation policy below:

🔹 Cancellations:

• Orders canceled 15 or more days before the pickup date will receive a full refund (minus the deposit fee & excluding any processing fees ).

• Orders canceled 10 days before the pickup date will receive a 50% refund. (minus the deposit & processing fee.)

• Orders canceled less than 72 hours (3 days) before the pickup date are non-refundable.

🔹 Deposits:

• All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time slot.

• This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

• If you cancel, the deposit will not be refunded, but in some cases, it may be transferred to a future order (must be within 30 days, case by case).

🔹 No-Shows:

• If you miss your pickup without contacting us, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

All orders are to be picked up in Soledad, CA.

Pickup Location:

The exact address will be shared via private message for privacy reasons as this is a home-based bakery.

(Once your order is placed and confirmed)

⏰ Standard Pickup Hours:

9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Please notify me when you’re on your way, so I can have your order ready.

• Orders must be picked up during the designated pickup window.

If you need to arrange an early or late pickup, please message me in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your request depending on my delivery schedule or consultations.

Da-Liz-ious Cakery understands that unexpected things can happen — but communication is key.

If you’re unable to pick up by 1 PM, please let me know. Otherwise, your order will need to wait until I return from other commitments.

🏡 Home-Based Bakery Courtesy

Da-Liz-ious Cakery is a licensed home-based bakery.

For that reason, I kindly ask that you please respect my home and privacy during pickups.

• Please do not arrive earlier or later than your scheduled pickup time without notifying me.

• Please remain outside when picking up unless otherwise instructed.

• Thank you for treating my home with the same care and respect as you would a storefront.

Your support and understanding mean the world to me!

• A $30-$50 delivery & setup fee will be added to all orders within our delivery area (up to 30-50 miles within Monterey County).

• For deliveries outside of Monterey County, an additional $1.00 per mile will be charged.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the reception hall is open and accessible at the scheduled setup time.

• If the location is not open and we must wait, a $20/hour waiting fee will apply.

• If there are any changes to the time or location of your event, please notify Da-Liz-ious Cakery immediately.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by last-minute changes.

• A sturdy, level, and secure cake table must be ready at the time of delivery.

• If the table is to be skirted or decorated, it must be completely prepared in advance.

• The table must support at least 50 pounds.

• A trusted person must be present to accept the cake delivery. In the event of any issues during delivery or setup, Da-Liz-ious Cakery will inform them immediately.

• Once the cake is set up and accepted, Da-Liz-ious Cakery is no longer responsible for the cake or any damages that may occur afterward.

Cake Consultation Includes:

• A one-on-one appointment to discuss your vision, colors, theme, guest count, and inspiration.

• Guidance on cake sizes, servings, and display ideas.

• Custom design sketches or ideas tailored to your wedding.

Cake Tasting Includes:

• 3 cake flavors + 3 fillings of your choice

• Tasting box available for pickup (great for couples with busy schedules)

• In-person tastings available by appointment

💍 Wedding Cake Tasting

• Includes tasting for 2 guests

🎉 Quinceañera Cake Tasting

• Includes tasting for 3 guests

💲 Tasting Fee: $40 (👉 This fee will be credited toward your wedding cake order for events serving 100 guests or more.

📅 Please schedule your consultation at least 2 months before your wedding date.

🚫 Please no small children during consultations or tastings

We kindly ask that no small children attend, so we can focus without distractions and ensure every detail is covered for your special day.
