Ordering is easy! Just head to this week’s Bake Drop page, choose your items, and check out. I bake in small batches by preorder only.
🧺 What is the “Bake Drop”?
The Bake Drop is my menu of sourdough loaves and other fresh-baked goods. It opens twice each week with limited quantities available.
Place your order by Wednesday for Sunday delivery or order by Sunday for Wednesday pickup. This reserves your spot in that week’s bake. Everything is made fresh, by hand, with a slow fermentation process that takes 36+ hours.
📆 How far in advance should I order?
Each week, I open the “Bake Drop” with offerings for the upcoming bake. Orders must be placed by Wednesday to be included in that week’s schedule.
All items are made to order and slow-fermented over 24+ hours, so planning ahead ensures you get a fresh loaf 🍞 with your name on it!
🍪 Do you offer other baked goods?
Yes! From time to time, I offer cookies, shortbreads, or special seasonal treats. Check the gallery or sign up for updates to see what’s baking next.
📍Where do I pick up my order?
When placing your order, you’ll have a choice of pickup address and time. I offer local meet up in Goshen, Warwick, Sugar Loaf and Chester, NY on Sundays and Mondays office drop in Middletown
If you’re nearby but unsure, just reach out—I’ll let you know if it’s doable!
🧊 How should I store my sourdough bread?
Fresh sourdough is best stored cut side down on a wooden board or wrapped in a clean kitchen towel. You can also keep it in a paper bag to maintain the crust. Avoid plastic unless you want a softer crust.
To keep longer, slice and freeze in a zip bag—just toast from frozen!
