I am a home-based baker located in Milwaukee, WI specializing in custom cakes, cupcakes, and signature treats designed to elevate your special moments. Each order is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your vision while exceeding expectations in flavor, presentation, and service.

Payment Information:

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (plus a 3% service fee) or ful. ayment is required at the time of booking

• Your deposit secures your event date. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order is NOT booked and will be cancelled.

The remaining balance is due on your scheduled pickup date.

If delivery is needed, a $20 delivery fee applies.

Any last-minute orders placed within 3 days of your event will incur a $50 rush fee

Order Modifications:

• Any changes to cakes, cookies, treats, designs, or dates must be requested at least 5 days before pickup.

Special requests may & it pricing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

If you are not satisfied, you have a 24-hour window after pickup to contact us. If changes are needed, we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds are NOT guaranteed and will be decided by the owner on a case-by-case basis.

Full refunds are NOT issued.

Cancellation:

Orders must be canceled 10 days before pickup to receive a refund minus supply costs.

Orders canceled in less than 10 days WILL NOT receive a refund due to

be issued at the owner's discretion.

Failure To Comply:

• Orders will be canceled if there is no response within 2-3 days before

• Credits/refunds will not be issued for orders being fulfilled or already

completed

• The final payment due date is the pickup date— failure to pay results in the order being canceled.

Order Release:

Once your order is picked up, we are no longer responsible for the product.

Transport cakes/treats on a flat, clear surface (passenger floorboard preferred).

Keep your vehicle cool, especially in warm months.

Handle all items with care.
