How can I place an order?
All orders are placed online through my bakesy store link.
Payment is online only - orders are not reserved until payment is received.
When is pickup?
Pickup days: Saturdays and Sundays
Pickup time windows are selectable during checkout.
Where is pickup?
Pickup is located at front of my apartment building.
Orders are handed directly to you.
How does pickup work?
Pickup is curbside - directly handed to customer.
You will text or message when you arrive.
Can I pay with cash?
We are currently not accepting cash payments.
Can I make a special request or custom order?
We do not currently offer special or custom orders, all products listed are what we have available.
How long will my bread stay fresh?
Sourdough stays fresh at room temp for 3-4 days when stored in a paper bag or bread box.
Sourdough freezes well up to 3 months in an airtight container.
Are your products safe under ohio cottage food laws?
Yes! All Cuyahoga Crumb baked goods are made in a home kitchen following ohio cottage food regulations.
No prohibited ingredients (like cream cheese, meat, or refrigerated dairy) are used.
What if I cant pick up my order?
Orders must be picked up during the selected time window - a 30 minute grace period will be allowed.
Missed pickups are considered forfeited, refunds are not available.
If you cannot make your scheduled pickup time please contact me immediately.
Can I request multiple loaves or flavos?
Yes! Just select the quantity and flavor during checkout.
Can I reorder the same flavor each week?
Absolutely! You can pre-order as often as you like through bakesy.
