Should you have any questions after reading this contract, please contact me before submitting your order. Ordering From start to finish, custom cookies take at least 3 days (or more) to complete. Orders should be placed 2 weeks in advance. Orders placed with a shorter notice may be subject to a 25% rush fee, at the discretion of the baker. Color variations Effort is always made to match color palettes, invitations, or party color schemes. However, it's almost impossible to duplicate colors exactly. When royal icing dries, the shades tend to darken a bit from the original mixed color, so there is always some variation. Payment 50% of payment is required to reserve your date on the calendar. Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 48 hours, resulting in your desired date possibly becoming unavailable. Pickup/Delivery All orders will be picked up at an agreed location. Delivery is available and the fee will be calculated based on location. All baked goods are carefully packaged and inspected before pick up or delivery. Cut With Love Cookies is not responsible for any damages after pick up or delivery. Food Allergies Decorated cookies contain: wheat, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. However, they may come into contact with nuts, coconut, soy, cocoa, fruits, and other allergens. Items containing common food allergens will be appropriately labeled. The customer agrees to notify their guests/recipients of the risk and holds Cut With Love Cookies harmless for any and all allergic reactions. Changes Any changes must be made at least 7 days prior to the pickup/delivery date. Refunds/Cancellations 100% of your payment/deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to delivery/pickup date. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made within seven days of the delivery/pick up date. For large orders: 100% refund if cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to the delivery/pickup date. 50% refund 2-4 weeks prior to delivery/pickup date. No refunds if cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to order pickup/delivery date. Liability While Cut With Love Cookies takes responsibility very seriously, there may be some extreme conditions, such as accidents, inclement weather, or pandemics, that may prevent your order from being fulfilled.
