Deposit: If not paid at least 7 days in advance, your order is subject to cancellation. In the case of last minute orders (less than a week in advance) a rush fee will be applied and your balance must be PAID IN FULL the same day the invoice is sent. If not paid, your order is not secured and is subject to cancellation.

Final Payment: Your remaining balance is due the day prior to event date. We accept CashApp, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay. Disclose when paying the deposit if you plan to pay the balance in cash upon pickup/delivery.

Cake Pickup, Transportation & Liability Policy

By accepting your order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for transporting and storing your cake properly if you opt to pickup.

Every order is prepared with care, attention to detail, and love. Once your order has been picked up and handed over to the customer or their designated representative, responsibility for the cake transfers to the customer.

Curlyy Cakes is not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup due to improper handling, transportation, storage, extreme temperatures, or circumstances outside of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, cakes shifting, sliding, melting, leaning, collapsing, or decorations becoming damaged due to sudden stops, sharp turns, reckless driving, bumpy roads, excessive heat, or leaving a cake in a hot vehicle.

How to Transport Your Cake Properly

To help ensure your cake arrives safely at its destination, please follow these instructions:

* Keep the cake on a flat, level surface. Place the cake box on the floor of your vehicle, preferably in the front passenger footwell if it fits securely and safely. Avoid placing cakes on seats, laps, or uneven surfaces.

* Keep your vehicle cool. Turn on the air conditioning before pickup. Never leave your cake in a hot vehicle, in direct sunlight, or unattended for an extended period.

* Drive carefully. Avoid sudden braking, sharp turns, speeding, potholes, and other movements that may cause the cake to shift or topple.

* Keep the cake level. Do not tilt, carry, or position the box at an angle. Keep it away from other items that could fall onto or crush the box.

* Transport the cake directly to your destination. Avoid unnecessary stops or extended travel times.

* Always refrigerate your cake upon arrival. Keep your cake refrigerated until it is ready to be served, unless it is a full fondant cake or you are advised otherwise.

* Handle with care. Always lift the cake box from the bottom using both hands. Never lift it by the lid or sides alone.

Important!

Please inspect your order at pickup. Any concerns regarding the cake’s appearance or condition should be brought to our attention before leaving.

Once the cake has been accepted and leaves our possession, Curlyy Cakes cannot guarantee its condition during transportation or after delivery to the customer. We are not responsible for damage resulting from customer transportation, improper storage, environmental conditions, or handling after pickup.
