You will choose a pick-up/ delivery time You will be given a 15 min GRACE PERIOD After that a $20 fee will be charged to you EVERY 15 minutes.( 30 mins late equals a $40 late fee) This fee must be paid in order for cupcakeacademy to relinquish the cake to you. If you need to change your pick up time please communicate with cupcake academy. If you are more than 30 mins late you will have to pick up your cake. At the next available opening time slot.Please keep in mind we are not available 24/7. Cakes not claimed with 24 business hours will be place for auction with no refund to the consumer

 If alcohol of any kind is featured in your cake design, the alcohol must be provided by the consumer. Cupcake Academy is not licensed to sell any alcohol products.
