is a home based cottage cakery in Chattanooga TN.
We Specialize in custom cakes.
Capabilities & Pricing
Cupcakes are $30 per dozen( 1 flavor per dozen)
Traditional cakes (No decoration) start at $40
Deposits are due within 24 hours
****Rush orders (7 days or less) =$75 fee
Final payment is due 5 days before Pick up (non payment will result in order cancellation)

***Refunds
Once the ordered item is in the possession of consumer or responsible party named by consumer whether its pick-up or delivery, any damages received will not be refunded.
All Sales are Final!
If customer is late to the location upon delivery any melting of the icing and damages caused by the melting is not refundable.
Deposits are non Refundable/Transferable

If balance is not paid 3 days before pick up/delivery the order is subject to cancelation
At the time of the pick up we will review the product. If there are any cosmetic concerns they must be addressed at the time of pick up when we review the product together.
If you would like to place an order foward your deposit within 24 hours because slots are first come first served based on order availability.

The best place to sit your cake is either directly on the floor of your car or if you have an SUV in the hatch(trunk )of the SUV

Late Policy
You will choose a pick-up/ delivery time
You will be given a 15 min GRACE PERIOD
After that a $20 fee will be charged to you EVERY 15 minutes.( 30 mins late equals a $40 late fee) This fee must be paid in order for cupcakeacademy to relinquish the cake to you.
If you need to change your pick up time please communicate with cupcake academy.
If you are more than 30 mins late you will have to pick up your cake. At the next available opening time slot.Please keep in mind we are not available 24/7. Cakes not claimed with 24 business hours will be place for auction with no refund to the consumer
Alcohol (Liquor)
 If alcohol of any kind is featured in your cake design, the alcohol must be provided by the consumer. Cupcake Academy is not licensed to sell any alcohol products.
