Welcome to Crust Issues Bakery! My name is Melinda and I have found a love for all things Sourdough. I am located in Ohio. Have 2 beautiful kids, an amazing husband and have always loved baking or cooking.
Whether it's the perfect sourdough loaf or something sweet, I pour my heart into every batch. Why? Because baking is all about passion, patience, and the joy of seeing others enjoy the results.
Organic Unbleached Bread Flour (not enriched), filtered water, & salt.
All ingredients are organic. Using methods that date back to 3000 BC; even my starter is from scratch. Hand mixed & folded from start to finish.
If you didn't know- Sourdough is packed with so many nutrients, healthy carbs, protein, fiber, iron and vitamins like folate. It can improve digestion, lower chronic disease risk and even promote healthy aging. A true "Blue Zone" food! Making sourdough the healthiest bread to enjoy.
Let's make life a little tastier together!
