Why do I have to pay for my order in advance?
Because I don’t have a brick and mortar location I treat every order as a special order item. Everything is made by hand, from scratch by me. Orders are paid in full to allow me to only take a limited number of orders to assure each order gets the care and attention it deserves from beginning to end resulting in the quality you deserve as a client of Crust & Crumb.
What if I can't make the scheduled pickup time?
If you are unable to make your scheduled pick up time - orders can be picked up by a friend or family member - just let me know 15 minutes prior to pickup who will be picking your order.
If orders are not picked up within 15 minutes of scheduled pick up time and no communication has been made - buyer forfeits order and NO refund or replacement will be given.
How do I get my order?
Unless other arrangements have been made there will be a pickup place and time in Guttenberg, Iowa. Historically, that location has been the Guttenberg Brewery.
Can you deliver?
We have a busy schedule and are willing to deliver within a very short radius along our route (within reason - at OUR discretion). Anything outside of that route can potentially be delivered for a 15.00 delivery fee due to the current gas prices. If we already have delivery details in place - they will remain in place unless one of us can no longer adhere to those plans.
Refund Policy
Baked goods cannot be returned. If we are at fault for a defective baked good item we will issue a refund to the OG form of payment within a 30 day window. Amount to be refunded is at our discretion on a case by case basis.
