Payment & Cancellation Policy (for Non-Rush & Custom Orders) ‼️ Payment Policy ‼️ • All orders must be paid in full within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice. • Failure to make payment within this time frame will result in the automatic cancellation of your order. ‼️ Cancellation Policy ‼️ • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund. • Orders cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the pickup date are NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy ensures that I can maintain the quality and freshness of your baked goods by preparing everything on the day of your scheduled pickup. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Rush Order Policies Orders that are placed as a Rush Order FULL PAYMENT is due immediately, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted on ANY Rush Orders. If a cancellation request is received on a Rush Order ONLY 50% of the payment will be refunded. Custom Order Policies ‼️ Payment ‼️ At least 3wks notice & a FULL payment is required for any custom orders. Order must be paid within 24hrs upon receiving an invoice. If invoice is not paid within the 24hr timeframe the order will be cancelled. ‼️ Cancellation ‼️ At least 1wk cancellation notice is required for Custom Orders. If cancelled a week before pickup date any payments made will be returned. If cancellation is less than 1wk any payments made will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
