Please include your preferred date, flavor, design ideas, and personalization details. ⸻ Order Notice A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for all orders. Limited last-minute orders may be accepted with a $20 rush fee (24–36 hour turnaround) based on availability. ⸻ Deposit & Payment A non-refundable 20% deposit or full payment is required to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Any remaining balance must be paid prior to pickup. ⸻ Cancellations & Credits * All payments are non-refundable. * Orders may be rescheduled one time with at least 3 days’ notice before pickup. * Eligible cancellations will receive store credit valid for 6 months. * Cancellations made within 3 days of pickup are not accepted and will not receive credit. ⸻ Pickup Only All orders are pickup only.
