Ordering Guidelines

• Minimum order: 6 cookies

• We do not offer individual cookies

• No custom flavor requests at this time

Turnaround Time & Scheduling

• Standard orders are accepted Monday–Thursday

• Order cutoff: Thursday at 5:00 PM

• Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the following week

• Orders over 3 dozen require a minimum of 5 days’ notice

• Pickup in Warsaw and Goshen, IN

• Pickup day: Warsaw- Saturdays, 10:00–11:00 AM

• Exact address provided after order confirmation

• Orders must be picked up during the scheduled window

• Missed pickups may result in forfeited orders

• 100% payment is required at the time the order is placed

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received
