Our classic sourdough is available in a traditional round boule or a loaf. After a customer survey everyone preferred the loaf shape due to the ease of slicing and making sandwiches and toast. If you prefer a classic round boule shape please let us know when you order. Otherwise your bread will be baked in the loaf shape. Don't worry they're the exact same ingredients and same amount of dough.
