Our terms and conditions are as follows: 1. You must give AT LEAST a 7 day notice for any order between time of placing and pickup date. If you need a “rush” order, you will be charged an additional fee upon your agreement. 2. You must pay 50% of the total order price as a deposit upon placing your order. 3. Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable. 4. We must receive the rest of the balance by the pickup date indicated or contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded. 5. We are not responsible for any damage to the product after pickup is complete. 6. On occasion we will photograph our products and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. 7. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. 8. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement. If WE cannot fulfill this agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded. 9. Refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. In extreme circumstances, we will issue a refund to you. This will be looked at upon refund request. 10. By paying your deposit and placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
