By sending a deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions • 50% of your order total is to be sent as a deposit to confirm your order • Deposits are Non-Refundable unless I can no longer complete your order • No deposit = No order • Please pick up your order on time! I understand things happen, please communicate with me, if you are more than 30 minutes late without any communication your order will be cancelled or a fee will be applied • Cakes should travel on the floor of the car NOT ON THE SEAT OR BEING CARRIED, please drive carefully especially on any turns/ potholes etc. • Once the order leaves my hands I am not responsible for any damage of goods, check your order at pickup before taking it • By sending the deposit to your order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions
