Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is nonrefundable or transferable. NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, unless chooses to cancel your order and if that is to occur, you will receive only your deposit as a refund within 14 days of the cancellation. Upon signing the contract, a non refundable deposit of $50 is required. If order is placed with less than a 14 calendar days’ notice, full balance must be paid. Crescent Moon Bakery must receive balance by the due date indicated or the contract is null and void, and deposit will not be refunded. Any change requests made 7 days before delivery will not be guaranteed. Crescent Moon Bakery is not responsible for supplying any cake toppers unless previously discussed, and there is an additional cost for this item. Crescent Moon Bakery is not responsible for any damage to the cake after delivery. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for your order. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. You acknowledge and take responsibility for all “nontoxic” items you choose for this order such as disco dust and luster dust that is not edible but for enhancing decoration only. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not food product, and may contain pesticides, insect, dirt or other contaminants. Crescent Moon Bakery prefers to use silk flowers and will use these at discretion. If you or your representative elected pick up and set up for your order, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the order once it leaves Crescent Moon Bakery’s possession. On occasion, Crescent Moon Bakery will photograph the orders and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and will not hold Crescent Moon Bakery accountable for allergic reactions. If you submit a picture or bring a picture to the consultation keep in mind that this is for inspiration ONLY. Crescent Moon Bakery DOES NOT COPY OTHER DESIGNER’S WORK. You agree upon that Crescent Moon Bakery can make adjustments as needed to make your final order as close as possible to the design discussed. Changes can be and will be made according to our discretion, if need be, to ensure the final product is satisfactorily completed. All perishable items are nonreturnable. ORDER CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS In the event of cancellation, payments and deposits are nonrefundable and will NOT be issued under any circumstances. Crescent Moon Bakery has every right to cancel your order in the event of sickness, death or any events for which we have no control. You will be informed in writing, and you will receive your deposit within 14 business days of the cancellation. In the event you need to postpone due to sickness, death or any events for which you have no control, Crescent Moon Bakery will grant credit paid toward a new date. Only one postponement per deposit paid, and must be redeemed within a one year period from the original event date pending availability. If you need to postpone a second time, a 25% fee of the original price will be added to your new total. Delivery is required for any cakes 3 tiers or taller, for wedding cakes and quinceaneras/Sweet 16 cakes. Week day pick up is Tuesday – Saturday between 9-6pm. Sunday pick up is 9am-12pm. Closed Monday. Pick up is at a private residence. The address is 12307 Sabine Point Dr. Humble, Texas 77346. No refunds or credits will be given for orders not picked up. Crescent Moon Bakery will provide a time frame for delivery and will deliver within that window. You must provide name and phone number of persons in charge of receiving your delivery within 7 days of your event. This person will sign off on the delivery and will be responsible for the order once it has been delivered. Our delivery staff are not knowledgeable of any design, flavor, etc. They are not responsible for setting up cake or desserts, their job is to deliver. Please make sure that you have someone assigned to receive and set up the order and make sure they are available during the agreed upon delivery window.
