We had beautiful and delicious beach themed cookies for a 1st birthday party! Really made the party theme pop! The quality was outstanding!

The cake cookies were SO delicious! They were perfectly soft, flavorful, and seriously addicting. You can tell they were made fresh and with so much care. Everyone loved them, and they definitely didn’t last long in our house. I’ll absolutely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Nicole did an amazing job bringing my vision for my sisters bridal shower cookies come to life! They were a huge hit and were so gorgeous:) she was very communicative and was super helpful with the process. The cookies were delivered on time and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I contacted Nicole to create Italian themed cookies for my daughter-in-law's bridal shower. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she made everything so easy. Unfortunately, the delivery company was less than kind to the the cookies and they arrived pretty damaged just two days before the shower. As soon as Nicole found out, she was genuinely upset and immediately went into action. She rebaked and redecorated all two dozen cookies and then personally drove over an hour to hand-deliver them so everything would be perfect for my event. That level of professionalism, customer service, and dedication is incredibly rare. She truly went above and beyond, and the cookies were not only beautiful but also delicious! I can't recommend Nicole highly enough and will absolutely be ordering from her again.

Nicole's cookies truly stand out to me amongst all of the trendy "royal icing cookies" out there. They are beautifully iced but also ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Most of these trendy cookies are just for looks. Although these are always beautiful and I feel badly eating them and ruining her hard work, they are so tasty and worth it! Not too crumbly but not too soft either. They are buttery and just delicious! Nicole herself is wonderful to work with. She is great with communicating and responding quickly, has a great turnaround time, and in general is just a pleasure to work with. I love supporting her and her small business! Thank you, Nicole 😊

I ordered cookies for a baby shower. I reached out to Nicole about the theme and the design of the cookies. Nicole sent me her design which were exactly what I wanted. I placed the order and paid for it without issue. Nicole was very responsive when I reached out to her and we were very happy and satisfied with the cookies. They were delicious and really cute. We got lots of compliments on them. I will definitely order from her again.

Nicole’s cookie kit was exactly what we needed for our holiday cookie decorating party. The gingerbread house and gingerbread man shapes were perfect for decorating, the icing bags made the decorating easy for the kids, and the cookies were delicious.

My family loves these cookies. I ordered them last year to put at everyone's seat for dinner and my son asked if we could again.

I ordered “Amalfi Coast” themed cookies for my daughter’s engagement party; I could not be happier with the results! First of all, they were baked to perfection & delicious. But the decorations came out better than I anticipated! The Amalfi lemons were sunny & beautiful, the initialed hearts were perfect in their simplicity, but the engagement rings pulled it all together with the subtle nod to Amalfi as a backgound! Nicole is amazing and I would order from her again in a heartbeat! Her turnaround was impressive and she asked the right questions to be able to deliver the perfect product. I’m so happy we chose creations by coleee for our daughter’s sweet 16 party. The website was so easy to navigate and the response was super quick. I was thrilled to find out the cookies were also nut free since our younger daughter has a severe allergy.
