How far in advance should I place my order ?
Please order at least 2-3 days in advance. For larger or customer orders, 7 days not is preferred. Rush orders are accepted based on availability and may include a fee.
Do you accept same-day orders ?
Yes, when available. Same day orders will require a rush fee and must be paid in full at booking .
Do your products accommodate individuals with allergies?
As a home bakery, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and sesame.
*Please be aware that we are not a certified gluten- or dairy-free facility. If you have a severe allergy or celiac disease, we advise avoiding our products to ensure your safety.
What is the cancellation policy?
Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order will receive a full refund. Any order canceled later than that timeframe will not be refunded.
What is the best way to store your baked goods?
To keep our products fresh, store them in an airtight container or a ziplock bag at room temperature for the first few days. For storage longer than three days, refrigeration can maintain freshness for up to a week. For extended storage, you can freeze the items for 1-2 months.
