Policies, Terms & Conditions:

Please carefully read our policies, terms, and conditions in their entirety before placing an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all rules and regulations listed below.

Deposits & Booking:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your order.

No deposit means no confirmed order.

Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order request. Orders will be declined or canceled if the deposit is not received within that timeframe.

Remaining Balance:

The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup.

Orders will not be released until the full balance has been received.

Order Completion:

Orders are completed according to the date of the client’s event, not according to the date the order was originally placed.

For example, if two orders are placed on the same day, but one event is scheduled earlier than the other, the order needed first will be completed first.

Please be patient and allow us the appropriate time to carefully complete your order.

Designs, Mockups & Changes:

Inspiration photos are always welcome. However, please be advised that we do not directly copy or recreate another creator’s work.

Once a mockup has been sent and approved by the client, any additional changes requested afterward may be subject to an additional design fee.Please carefully review all names, dates, colors, spelling, and design details before approving your mockup.

Please remember that all of our products are handmade with care.

We take great pride in creating high-quality, personalized items for our clients. However, because each item is handmade, minor variations or small imperfections may occur. These variations are part of what makes every order unique. 💖
