DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & TAXES
1. The date of the event is
considered "booked" upon receipt
of a non-refundable deposit
equaling 50% of the total value of
the custom order.
2. The final payment is due 14 days
prior to delivery date.
3. If the Client fails to make
payments, Crafts & Confections will cease
work, the order will be cancelled,
and no refund will be given.
4. If you miss your final payment, there is a 25% fee to rebook.
5.Clients are responsible for all
taxes (included in cost of goods)
LIABILITY
1. Crafts & Confections is not responsible for
bodily injury, property or
consequential damage, which
may result from products/services
provided.
2. Crafts & Confections is not responsible for
any damage to the
goods/services provided caused
by anyone NOT employed by
Crafts & Confections.
CHANGES TO ORDER
1. Any changes must be submitted
prior to final payment. Any
changes made afterwards may
be incorporated at the discretion
of Crafts & Confections .
2. There will be no changes allowed
14 days prior to the event.
ALLERGY & DIETARY WARNINGS
1. Crafts & Confection’s products contain,
and/or are made in a kitchen
which also processes: Wheat,
eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are
unable to serve those with severe
food allergies at this time. Unless specified for a gluten free order the kitchen is sanitized and the order will be separated from other orders with allergens.
2. The Client is responsible for
pointing out to guests' potential
allergy hazards, and Crafts & confections will
communicate ability to
accommodate restrictions.
CONTENT
1. Crafts & Confections reserves the right to use
all photographs, video, other
content of the custom order for
advertising purposes unless
otherwise requested and agreed
upon mutually.
ARTISTIC LICENSE
I can make adjustments to your designs, as needed to ensure you end up happy with your order!
It will always be the closest representation of what we agreed on.
COLOR MATCHING
Please provide me with a swatch. I will get as close as possible, within three shades (darker or lighter)
Sometimes darker shades stain due to a more saturated color
REFUND POLICY
1. Any issue with taste or structure must be addressed 24 hours after receiving baked goods.
2. They must be returned (it can be cut) for refund consideration.
3. Refunds can ONLY be initiated by the person who purchased the item
4. You or your representative must look at the baked goods ordered upon pickup or delivery. If you are unsatisfied, it must be addressed at this time. If your concerns are not shared during that process a refund will not be provided.
5. I am only responsible for baked goods while they are in my custody and I will advise for the best ways to deliver the items. But once they leave my possession I am no longer responsible for what happens.
6. All cakes and cupcakes are refrigerated upon completion. I recommend allotting 1-2 hours to allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
No refunds will be given if you serve a cold cake
