When placing an order with Cracked Creations you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. My Guarantee I will provide your treats by the correct time in a professional manner and guarantee that you will always be greeted politely. 2. Out of My Hands (Literally!) Once the items have been picked up by you or your designated party, you take liability and responsibility for the quality of your items. Cracked Creations is not responsible for any damage or change to your items after pickup/delivery. 3. Pickup/Delivery Policy I respect your time so please respect mine. Please pickup at the agreed time. If there is no communication, late pickups after 20 mins will be subject to a $20 fee. If the agreed pickup timeframe is not met, the pickup date/time may be changed at my discretion. 4. Delivery dates and times will be set when agreeing with the delivery destination. If there is no party there at the correct time, items may be brought back and you will be responsible of picking up the cake. Delivery fees are not refundable. Please always communicate to me. I totally understand things happen so all you have to do is talk to me and I promise I will always work with you as much as I can to avoid this conflict. 5. Refund Policy Cracked Creations will not offer refunds to any items if they are up to my quality standards and meet the requirements of the agreed description from ordering (size, flavors, design, etc..) I make everything from scratch and offer only the best but taste is subjective! Please follow the instructions provided with your order to ensure the best quality for your items. All items are meant to be consumed the date of pickup. If anything is wrong please reach out to me so I can correct the issue and resolve it accordingly. 6. Design I will always try to replicate/achieve the look of any items to the best of my ability but it will never be exactly the same. I will always communicate what is doable and what isn’t. Please be aware that certain exposure to light, temperature, and certain environments can alter your items. Refunds pertaining to color change, design, or texture after acceptance will not be honored. Again, please read the cake instructions carefully as well as any additional notes I may have messaged you. 7. Deposits & Cancellations A partial deposit (50% of your order) or full payment is due at the time of placing an order. Full payment is due the day before pickup. NO orders are confirmed until a deposit has been put down. 8. Cancellations 1 week before pickup day may be subject to a full refund. Last minute cancelations (1-3 days) before pickup will not be honored. Every situation is different, depending on the circumstances, refund amounts may vary. Again, communication is everything, just talk to me! I totally understand things happen so just message me to work things out. 9. Ingredients It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies, and my responsibility to provide a list of general allergies. These treats were prepared in a home kitchen not subject to regulation and inspection by the regulatory authority and may contain allergens or come in contact with them. Cracked Creations is not liable for any allergic reactions. 10. Photos: I have the right to take photo/video content of my treats and post them on different platforms. With that being said, I respect your wishes first. Please let me know specifically if you do not want them posted. I will also always generally wait a few days/weeks to post to avoid spoiling surprises! 11. Unforeseen Circumstances: We are human and things happen. If I am unable to make an order due to illness, injury, etc.. A full refund will be issued immediately to you in your initial form of payment. Final reminder that communication is just as important as kindness. I will treat you as you treat me! Most conflicts can be avoided by just communication. Thank you.
