PRICING
Custom decorated sugar cookies
Final pricing may increase based on design detail, number of colors, metallics, logos, or specialty shapes.
PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date.
Orders are not confirmed until deposit is received.
Remaining balance is due 3 days before pickup.
ORDER NOTICE
Please allow at least 7 days notice for custom orders.
Rush orders (if availability allows) may include a rush fee.
DESIGN DETAILS
Inspiration photos are welcome! While I do my best to match inspiration, all cookies are handmade and will have slight variations.
Final design details must be approved at least 5 days before pickup.
PACKAGING
Cookies are heat sealed and individually packaged to maintain freshness.
PICKUP
Local pickup only.
Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. Cookies are delicate and will not be replaced due to damage after pickup.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 72+ hours before pickup may transfer deposit to a future order (one time only).
ALLERGY NOTICE
Cookies are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come in contact with common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
