Refund Policy Cozy Cakes will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet my quality standards, once the cake (s) have been picked up or delivered and accepted by you. All products are the responsibility of customer once it leaves my possession. I only give refunds if the product does not meet the flavor, size or general description. I will offer store credit if product is brought back to me within 24 hours. Please note I do taste my products daily to insure the highest quality. My cakes are baked from scratch, please understand that I can not change the texture or changes in color it shape due to weather conditions. Care and Handling I am not responsible for any damages to cakes after pick up or after set up is complete. The client is responsible for providing an appropriate secure table and environment for the cakes. Deposits, Payments and Cancellations A deposit of 50% is required in order to be considered, the remaining balance is due 3 days prior to pick up or delivery. Any changes need to be made one week prior to pick up or delivery. All deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations if it's 5 days or less you will not get store credit for any future cake order. If it's a week in advance you will get store credit for up to $30 off final payment of future cake order. If full payment is not received on the due date, order may be cancelled.
