Jazz went above and beyond for my mom’s 52nd birthday cake! I had no idea what kind of cake I wanted, so I gave her full creative control! It’s the first cake I’ve seen from her designed this way! I will say the cake itself exceeded my expectations. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, and it tasted amazing. You can tell there’s real talent behind the work. However, the communication and scheduling were a bit challenging. The original pickup time was changed, and it became difficult to get timely responses while I was trying to plan around a tight schedule. Reliability and clear communication are just as important as the final product, especially when customers are working within specific time constraints. Overall, the quality of the cake was outstanding, and I would order again. I just hope the communication and scheduling experience improves moving forward

Everyone love how amazing the cupcakes tasted the look it resemble the K, which is his first initial. Everything went well there was enough for everyone to eat. There were no leftovers. And it left people wanting more.
