Policies
- 50% non refundable deposit due to finalize order, the order is not considered finalized until deposit is paid.
-Balance is due day of pickup, and must be paid prior to leaving CourtsBaking.
-In the event of cancelation, deposit will not be refunded, but may be available to use for another date within the year if baker is available.
-Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. Please arrive at your scheduled time.
-Once the order leaves the bakers possession, CourtsBaking is not responsible for any damage due to travel or not following cake instructions.
-Inspiration photos are highly encouraged, but these are for inspiration not replication.
-Exact color matching is not guaranteed, but baker will get as close as possible to inspiration.
-All products are made in a home kitchen by a cottage licensed baker. Common allergens include nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. Please inform baker of any allergies prior to ordering.
-When submitting payment via Venmo, please do not select the “Turn on for purchases” or buyer protection option that applies a seller fee. If this option is selected, the client will be responsible for covering any additional fees so the full invoice amount is received.
