Gluten free version of our NY cheesecake. 10”. Made with your choice of gluten free oat crackers or almond flour and cinnamon crust. I use gluten free all purpose flour and almond flour in this recipe. Please note that graham crackers must be ordered from Amazon and need a week lead time*** I can make the almond flour crust myself and in that case it’s just a three day lead time.

Chicken Eggs
Eggs from our home raised chickens. We have two flocks and they live in their own chicken palace and have a very large enclosed run to protect them from predators like hawks or cayote. We have several breeds: leghorn, barred rock, polish, easter eggers, and long island reds. Each flock has a rooster to protect them and keep peace. They forage for bugs, get veggies and fruit from my kitchen and also protein pellets to supplement.

Cottage Farms is a registered microbakery and nestrun egg producer in Apache Junction AZ.
We offer sourdough breads, biscuits, strudel, muffins, brownies, treats. We also offer gluten free versions of most of our products.
We love the fact that we have our own chickens and sell fresh eggs along with our breads and bakes.
We have a passion for everything homemade and take pride in offering customized recipies to meet our clients’ dietary restrictions.
