I contacted Cottage Cakes to order my custom gender reveal cake. As you can imagine, I was super nervous about the logistics of getting the gender information to her without accidentally finding it out myself. Courtney was so responsive and an absolute dream to work with! She was able to bake, decorate, and deliver the cake to me within 2 days of my order. Most importantly, the cake was SO beautifully made and SO DELICIOUS!! Thank you Courtney for making our gender reveal moment SO special. I will be definitely referring her to anyone that needs a custom cake!

Courtney is soooo talented, so kind, and so prompt. She came to save the day for my son’s 5th birthday with my last minute order, and to say the least she more than delivered. The cake was BEAUTIFULLLL!!! I’m so grateful, everyone kept ranting and raving about how cute the cake was! My son was in awe, all he wanted was a numberblock cake for his party, thank you for making our dreams come true ❤️

I have ordered custom cakes from Courtney twice now, once for a 70th birthday and once for a Taylor Swift themed bridal shower, and I can say she truly delivered on both. Pun intended, because Courtney delivered the cakes to me which was amazing to have one less thing to coordinate logistically when planning events. Both cakes were made to perfection. Not only did the cake tastes good, not overly sweet, and were super moist, but appearance of the cakes were truly a work of art!

I have ordered a few cakes from Courtney, and she has not disappointed in the least. I give her my vision and ideas and let her run with them, and she brings them to life like magic. The designs, taste, communication - all of it is top notch. She is now my go to cake person, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. If you’re in need, you won’t regret your decision. I have been a faithful client of Courtney’s since the early years in her creative journey as a cake artist. She was incredible then, and has done nothing but perfect her craft and hone her skills with countless hours of research, trials, and VERY happy clients along the way. One of my favorite early cakes was ann incredible pastel-themed CoComelon cake. You would have never known she was a budding baker artist at the time. With the detailed animated-style clouds and rainbow, and the delicate and colorful flags… the party guests and I (and of course the birthday girl) were just SO enamored by the design and incredibly impressed by the flavor and moist texture of the cake itself! Since then, she has gone on to be my cake artist for all birthdays for my little ones, my mother-in-law’s retirement and birthday celebrations, my cousin’s wedding, friends celebrations and holiday parties too! Whatever we are celebrating, there is a Cottage Cakes design as the main feature. She even can prepare all your additional treats too - cookies, dipped pretzel rods, Rice Krispies etc. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone - and she has gained multiple lifelong clients from guests that have attended my own celebrations. She now has a booming business and has multiple orders and weddings monthly. You will be lucky if you can get a spot on her calendar. Don’t hesitate - run to book her for your next event. You won’t regret the decision! Expect her to make a lifelong client out of you too :)

I have ordered many cakes from Courtney. Smaller themed cakes for co-workers (Beach, shopping, books, Taylor Swift), larger cakes for my son’s birthday (dirt bikes, rodeos) and even a birthday cake for my dad that she turned into what looked like an actual fish on a cutting board. Every idea I have given her, she has exceeded my expectations and made something not only beautiful but delicious. 10/10 taste, 10/10 cake designs and 10/10 customer service.

I reached out to Courtney and a few other local bakers about a week before my husband’s 50th birthday. Some never responded, while others took days to reply. Courtney, on the other hand, got back to me right away. I asked if a tasting was possible, knowing it was a last-minute request. While I didn’t expect anyone to say yes, Courtney’s confidence in her work stood out, she assured me she consistently received great feedback. That won me over, and I booked with her immediately. I sent her inspiration pictures, and she communicated quickly throughout the process. When our venue changed at the last minute, she accommodated the change without hesitation. She even delivered the cake to our home, making everything seamless. Most importantly, the cake was a HUGE hit! Everyone loved it, and I’ll definitely be back for our next family celebration. We worked with Cottage Cakes for our wedding cupcakes. We did multiple flavors and they were decorated to go with our colors and theme. Everyone LOVED the cupcakes! They still get talked about for how delicious and beautiful they were. 100/10 would recommend them for any occasion.

Reached out to her to get a smash cake for my daughter's birthday photo shoot. Not only was she professional, warm and friendly the whole time, she delivered it to my home and my daughter loved it! She said it tasted amazing and it was beautiful, just what she wanted it to look like! As soon as I need to I will reach back out to order again!
