The cookies will stay fresh for 2 to 3 weeks as long as you don’t open the heat sealed packaging.

Absolutely! Please place the individually heat sealed packages in an air tight container in the freezer. When you bring the container in DO NOT OPEN THE CONTAINER until it comes to room temperature. A good rule of thumb is to bring it in the night before you need them. By the time you wake up in the morning they will be room temp and you can safely open the container. Doing so before it comes to room temp causes condensation to the packages which may ruin the detail on the cookies.

As early as possible. All orders should be placed a minimum of 3 weeks prior to pickup, however I’m the lone designer, baker, decorator so I can only accommodate so many orders per week/month etc. I’m currently booking out 6-8 weeks in advance. Occasionally I’m able to take on last minute orders, however a rush fee of $20 will be added to orders placed within 2 weeks of pickup.

My classic signature recipe cookie is nut free, but the icing contains almond extract. Upon requests I’ve used a buttery caramel flavored royal icing on my signature cookie and it’s wonderful. These cookies would be nut free, however keep in mind I’m a cottage baker and even though the cookie may be nut free, my home is not.
