How much of a notice is required to book with you?
I typically prefer a 2+ week notice for all custom orders.
For large orders (servings 40+ people), I prefer a 4 week notice.
For non customized items such as drop cookies or cheesecake shooters, I prefer at least a 72 hour notice.
If I can accommodate your order request with less than the preferred notice timeframe, your order may be subject to a Rush fee.
How do I store my cake after I pick it up?
Your cake should be kept in a refrigerator until 1-2 hours before cutting/serving it.
Is my 50% booking deposit refundable?
Your 50% deposit required to secure your order is non-refundable.
I found a photo of a cake I like, can you replicate it exactly?
While I love customers who come prepared with what they want to order, each baker is different including their own styles and skills. I prefer to use a photo as inspiration as I am typically using different size cakes and materials than what the photo shows. I will however, work with you to come up with a design that you will love!
Can you match my color(s)?
I do not guarantee exact color matches, but I will work hard to create a color that closely resembles the colors you provide. Please understand that colors often look somewhat different when printed from an e-mailed/texted photograph.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If only the deposit was paid, you loose it as all deposits are required to book with Copper Clove and are non-refundable.
If you have paid in full and cancel your order 7+ days before your scheduled pick up/delivery date, you will receive a 100% store credit.
If you have paid in full and cancel 4-6 days before your pick up/delivery date, you will receive a 50% store credit.
If you have paid in full and cancel your order with 3 or less days before your pick up/delivery date, you will loose 100% of all monies paid.
Do you sell extras or have a menu of ready-to-go items?

Do you offer tastings for cakes?
Yes! Cake tastings are available by request for weddings and large events. Contact me to schedule and learn more about flavor options and pricing.
I am a licensed home bakery operating in Mesa, AZ. Since I’m a home-based business, my address is shared after your order is confirmed for pickup.
Do you offer delivery?
I offer local pickup & delivery. Delivery is be available for an additional fee—please inquire when placing your order.
