Orders are not finalized until deposit is received after receiving invoice. All refunds are subject to seller discretion. Deposits will be considered for refund if order is cancelled 14 days or more prior to pick up date. Orders cancelled within 13 days or less of pick up date will not be eligible for refund of deposit. Please note any concerns with cookies should be addressed with me within 24 hours of the buying party receiving cookies. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours of the cookies being in buying party’s possession. Orders not picked up within 1 week of event date listed in invoice will be forfeited. HOLIDAY/PRESALE/DIY ORDERS: Payment will be due for these orders in full within 24 hours of receiving invoice or your order will be cancelled. CookiesWithKels is not responsible for any damage to items after they are picked up. Please note all items are homemade and made in a kitchen that processes nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten etc. At this time I am not able to offer gluten free, nut free, or vegan free items. Payment by you is an agreement of the above terms and conditions.
