By placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Terms & Conditions Orders: - There is a one dozen minimum (12 cookies) on all orders please allow 2-3 week lead time prior to the date of your event to account for shipping time for supplies. A 35% rush fee will be added to orders that are not placed 2-3 weeks out. Payment: - 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon placement of order. An invoice will be sent AFTER the order is accepted to pay the 50% deposit. Remaining balance is due 1 week prior to pick up/delivery. DEPOSITS NOT PAID WITHIN 1 WEEK OF CONFIRMATION WILL BE CANCELLED. Designs: - I am unable to accomodate requests for copyrighted or trademarked charachters or brands, but I am happy to create designs that coordinate with your theme! think: Mickey Mouse, Nike, Disney, Coca-Cola. Shipping: - I am only able to ship within the state of Wisconsin. I can hand deliver in Wisconsin or Minnesota since I am also a licensed cottage baker in MN! Allergens: - My kitchen is not free from any allergens and cross contamination is a possiblity. I do however offer artificial dye free options for icing! Common allergens: eggs, milk, wheat, nuts, artificial dye related allergies Refunds: - Refunds are not offered unless a serious issue has occurred which will be determined by the baker. If the baker has NOT started the order at the time of the cancellation request, a 50% refund will be given. If the baker HAS started on the order at the time of the cancelation request, no refund will be given. Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the pickup time will be forfeited and will not be refunded. I am not responsible for orders after pick up/delivery. Cookies come individually heat sealed. For the most fresh taste I recommend consuming cookies within 3 days. To maintain freshness, store cookies at room temperature. For longer storage cookies can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you would like to enjoy, simply remove the container from the freezer and place on the counter. Refrain from opening the container until cookies have come to room temperature.
