When decorating my cookies I like to use premium products for flavour and in doing so I add vanilla bean to my cookies and icing. If this is unwanted then I can leave it out to create a whiter appearance. Please let me know when ordering.

In their heat sealed bags cookies are freshest when eaten within a few days. However cookies will still be good to eat in 2 weeks if left at room temperature in their heat sealed bags. If you want to enjoy your cookies up to 2 months later then I recommend freezing the cookies in their heat sealed bags and taking them out 12-24 hrs prior to eating and let them come to room temperature.
