**Pricing** - *Custom Sugar Cookies*: $60/dozen (Base price may increase depending on flavor, design complexity, and quantity of colors needed). - *Minimum Order*: 1 dozen cookies per order. Feel free to reach out for a free quote. **Payment** - *Booking Fee*: A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another order if your current order is canceled with at least two weeks' notice. **Color Matching** - While I strive to match colors as closely as possible to any provided images or specifications, please note that color variations may occur due to lighting, photo quality, and screen settings. I will do my best to achieve the closest match, but slight differences in shades or tones may be inevitable. **Packaging** - Each cookie is individually wrapped to maintain maximum freshness. - Labels on each cookie and/or box will indicate the variety and any known allergens. - Cookies with airbrushing, edible markers, or watercolor details will be dusted with powdered sugar before packaging. 🍪 **RUSH ORDERS** - If workload permits, I may be able to complete a rush order (less than 2 weeks' notice), subject to a rush fee of $15. - Please note: The order process takes a minimum of 5 days to complete, including design, baking, decorating, detail work, a minimum of 24-hour dry time, and packaging. 🍪 **Delivery & Pickup** - **Delivery**: Delivery is available for an additional cost. - **Shipment**: Due to Cottage Food Law, I am unable to ship cookies. All cookies are for local pickup/delivery only. 🍪 **Order Release & Cookie Care** - Please check your order once you receive it. Once the cookies have left my care, you assume complete responsibility. - Cookies are packaged with the utmost care, but they are fragile, so please handle them gently. - Cookies may shift inside the packaging, so be sure to keep boxes level, support the box when carrying, and place cookies on a flat surface during transport. - **Storage Guidelines**: - Do not store cookies in extreme heat or place them in the refrigerator, as this may ruin the design. - Cookies will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container or sealed packaging. They can be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer. **To Preserve Freshness** - Cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks if kept in an airtight container. - Decorated cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight or sealed package. To thaw, bring cookies to room temperature for 3-4 hours before opening the bag or container (to prevent condensation). 🍪 **Cancellation Policy** - Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. Please provide notice of cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date. - If you need to cancel your order after that time, please notify me as soon as possible. If cookies have already been baked, arrangements must be made to pick them up, and no refunds will be issued. - **Cookie Care**: If you are unable to pick up your order, cookies may be forfeited without a refund unless prior arrangements have been made. **COVID-19 Disclaimer** - In the event that I or a family member is exposed to COVID-19 or becomes ill, all customers with affected orders will be notified. A full refund will be issued, and no cookies will be baked or sold until health clearance is obtained. 🍪 **Refunds** - All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cookies that have already been made. - Orders not picked up within 24 hours will be forfeited with no refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
