Erin absolutely knocked my order out of the park! I placed an order for a dozen cookies for my husband’s 30th, and Erin made the vision come to life! I gave her a general color pallet (emerald and gold) and the colors were so stunning! I sent a couple of inspiration pictures as well, and when I got the mock up I was so excited to see what she had created! I am so excited to have Cookies by a Pi cookies at all our big events moving forward! I cannot recommend her enough!

Great class! Instruction was easy to follow and fun to do! Adorable cookies that tasted delicious and left my family impressed I decorated them! We will definitely be attending another cookie class in the future!
