Stuffed NYC Cookies

My best seller at stalls and events! Stuffed cookies are made with a chocolate chip cookie dough, wrapped around a filling of your choice and topped with chocolate of your choice! Popular cookies are Kinder stuffed; milk and white chocolate chips, hazelnut filling and bueno bar on top. Oreo stuffed; dark chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookie dough, cookies and cream filling with Oreo’s on top. Biscoff stuffed; crushed biscoff cookie dough, white chocolate chips, stuffed with smooth biscoff spread and topped with a lotus biscuit! Large Royal Icing Shortbread

Royal icing is a type of icing that is piped onto the cookie surface, there are millions of designs and endless ways to create patterns and writing on food with royal icing. It takes longer than fondant to work with as these colours are piped onto individually and each area must be set before the next, therefore this option is slightly higher in price.
