Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We ship cookies nationwide via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days. Orders are shipped only on Tuesdays to ensure freshness. To be included in Tuesday’s shipment, orders must be placed before 11:59 PM CST on the preceding Sunday. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Cookie Crave & Crumble is not responsible for postal delays once the order has been shipped.
