**A:** Our Monthly Box is a curated tasting experience that includes four (4) macarons one of each of our unique monthly flavors. It’s the perfect way to try every new creation!
Q: Will my macarons look exactly like the ones pictured?
The macarons you receive will accurately represent the flavor and quality advertised. We are a bespoke bakery, so please note that as a small, evolving cottage operation, our artistry and techniques are constantly improving. You may notice subtle variations in the shape, size, or decoration of your order over time, reflecting the growth of our baking skill. We guarantee they will always be delicious!
How are your macarons prepared?
Each batch of our macarons is prepared with our own proprietary recipe and baked to perfection. We specialize in developing custom, unique flavor profiles by using house-made syrups, extracts, and specialty flavorings, ensuring a truly distinctive treat every time.

What is the maximum order size I can place?

How far in advance do I need to place a custom order?
We require a minimum notice of 7-10 days for all standard custom orders to ensure we can source ingredients and dedicate the necessary time to baking and preparation.

Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store my macarons?
Macarons are best stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This keeps them fresh, preserves the filling, and maintains the perfect texture.
How long will my macarons last?
Properly stored in the refrigerator, our macarons are best consumed within 5-7 days of pickup/delivery. They can also be frozen in an airtight container for up to one month. To enjoy them after freezing, simply let them thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving at room temperature.
Sanitation & Food Safety Practices
What sanitation procedures do you follow to ensure your baking station is clean and safe?
Maintaining a sterile environment is our top priority. We follow a strict cleaning and sanitizing protocol based on standard food safety guidelines, including the use of an approved three-step process:
1. **Cleaning:** All surfaces, equipment (mixers, bowls), and utensils are thoroughly washed with hot, soapy water to remove visible debris.
2. **Rinsing:** All items are fully rinsed with clean, hot water.
3. **Sanitizing:** All food-contact surfaces and equipment are treated with an appropriate, food-safe sanitizing solution to eliminate pathogens. This process is completed immediately before and after every baking session.
How do you handle and store ingredients to prevent cross-contamination?
Ingredients are stored in sealed, airtight containers and kept separate from non-food items.
**Allergenic ingredients** (like almond flour and dairy) are handled with dedicated utensils and bowls whenever possible. We adhere to stringent personal hygiene, including frequent handwashing and wearing appropriate protective attire, throughout the entire preparation process. I also make sure we are wearing gloves during the entire process from creating to packaging.
How is the home kitchen kept separate from other household activities?
As a cottage food operation, our workspace adheres to all separation requirements. The baking area is dedicated solely to the preparation of our macarons and cookies during operational hours, ensuring no other household activities interfere with the food preparation or sanitation process.
