Capabilities & Pricing
Cookie packages start at $36 per dozen, pricing varies based on colors and complexity.
To book I require half the total amount due as a retainer and the remaining balance due 1 week before pickup. (If your order is only containing 1 dozen cookies I require payment in full as the retainer). Cookies will not be baked without final payment.
Policies
Bakery Terms And Conditions
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
-Your initial retainer reserves your event date and is non refundable.
-Half the total amount is due as a retainer to “book” your date and the remaining half of the total is due 1 week before pickup. Cookies will not be baked until full balance is paid.
-If the Client fails to make payments without otherwise previously arranged, I will cease work, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be given. I will send a reminder prior to any cancelation
CARE & HANDLING
-Client assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cookies once they leave our possession.
-Please do not leave cookies in your car at any given time or put cookies in the refrigerator. Leave them on the counter and out of direct sunlight. Care instructions will be included with your order.
-Delivery can be provided for an additional cost depending on location
ALLERGIES/DIETARY WARNINGS
-Coley’s Cookies products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. Please note for peanut allergies, while products are always nut free unless by specified request, the products are not baked in a nut free facility and thus cannot be guaranteed nut free due to risk of cross contamination.
CONTENT
-Coley’s Cookies reserves the right to use all photographs, video, other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually. (Treats will never be posted until after your event has passed).
