Can I have more than one cake flavor on a two tier?
Yes, 2 tiers (or more) have the option of one flavor per tier.
What if I forget to pay my remaining balance?
Failure to pay remaining balance by deadline will result in an automatic cancellation of the order and a forfeiture of Non- refundable deposit. Meaning should you decide to order again; you will need to put down a new deposit.
If I cancel my order in a timely manner, what happens to my deposit?
Cancellations done within a timely manner will have the option of a ONE-TIME deposit transfer valid within the timespan of a year (can be used any date within that year period given its availability). After such time, non refundable deposit will be forfeited.
What if I am running late for pick up?
Grace period for pick up time will be extended for 1 hour . After 1 hour, pick up will be at the discretion of Baker.
What if I am unhappy with my product
Full return of 90% of the product will allow a 50% refund (due to Deposits being non-refundable).
Do you provide alcoholic toppers?
No. I do not provide alcohol toppers. Any alcoholic beverage toppers must be provided and placed by client .
