- Allergy Notice
Please be aware that our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including eggs, wheat, and others. If you or your guests have food sensitivities, please take appropriate precautions—we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions.
-Non-Edible Decorations
Some designs may include non-edible elements such as ribbons. Make sure guests know to remove these before digging in, especially for the little ones!
-Pickup & Delivery Responsibility
If you or a representative picks up or sets up your order, you assume full responsibility for its condition once it leaves our hands. Drive carefully and keep items level during transport!
-After Pickup or Setup
Once your cookies have been picked up or delivered and set up, we are no longer liable for any damage. Cookies are delicate and can break—please ensure they’re placed on a sturdy surface in a cool room to keep them at their best.
-Color Matching
We do our best to match your requested colors, but please note that exact matches can’t be guaranteed due to the nature of food products and materials.
-Photography & Promotion
We love showcasing the work we’re proud of! Photos of your cookies may be used in our portfolio or on our social media. No compensation will be provided for this use, but we promise to share the love!
-Price Quotes
All price estimates are subject to change based on ingredient costs and market fluctuations. Final pricing will be confirmed during booking.
-Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Once your initial retainer is received, your date is officially reserved on our calendar!
-Agreement
