How do I know my items will be 15 LBS the minimum ?
Example: 5 shirts, 4 pairs of pants, 10 tees, 2 pairs of shorts, 3 towels, 10 pairs of socks & 10 undergarments ranges about 15 LBS
What if my items do not meet 15 LB minimum ?
If the weight of your laundry is under the 15 lbs minimum, the cost will be $2.00 for each pound for the basic laundry package and $5.08 for each pound for the deluxe package.
When will my laundry be picked up?
Pick ups are Monday-Thursday 7am-10am
If you want same-day pickup when you place your order, there will be a $15 charge, and your items may not be ready for collection until 1-3 days after, depending on the laundry load. (Not including weekends)
When will my items be delivered ?
Next-day returns are standard, but for laundry over 40lbs, expect delivery in 2 days. For laundry exceeding 100lbs, delivery will take 3 days. Keep in mind, we're closed on weekends, so items picked up on the last day before the weekend will be processed on Monday and returned between Tuesday and Thursday, depending on their weight.
What if I drop off my clothes Friday can I pick up Saturday ?
Just so you know, if you drop off your laundry on Friday morning, you can still pick it up over the weekend, even though we're closed. Your items will be ready for pickup anytime before 8pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Convenient, right? Just swing by when it suits you!
Is there a deposit needed before laundry services?
there's no need for a deposit when you drop off or your laundry is picked up. I'll handle the washing, drying, folding etc. After everything is complete, I'll weigh the items, calculate the total, and send you an invoice with the pricing. Please note that payment is expected promptly upon receipt of the invoice.
Do you wash bedding, pillow covers etc?
Currently, I'm not equipped to manage bedding, pillow covers, and similar items. However, I'm looking to expand my services to include these in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
What if my baby, toddler & kids laundry doesn't meet the 10LBS requirements?
In the event that your baby, toddler, or kids' laundry does not reach the 10-pound minimum requirement, the cost will be $2.05 for each pound of laundry processed.
