CJ's Bakery & Catering

Any custom cake order placed will require consultation & applicable booking fee. When the cake is confirmed, an invoice will be sent & a 50% deposit is required within 48hrs. With the remainder to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. If event is within the 2 weeks time frame, 100% payment is required & a rush fee may apply. If you fail to pay the remaining payment by the due date your order will be canceled & may be filled another inquiry. All retainers are non refundable & non transferable. In the event your order has been canceled due to non payment within the allotted time frames, the invoice can be resent for payment upon request, a $5 resend fee will be added to the invoice. If the order date & time is fulfilled by another paid invoice you will have to select a new date/time.

All sales are final, No refunds. CJ's Bakery & Catering is not responsible for pick up orders that are damaged in transport. Once orders are picked up, it is the cutomers responsibility to ensure stability, temperature control, etc. In the event there is an emergency and CJ's Bakery & Catering won't be able to provide your order for fully/partially paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Please be advised that our products may contain or have come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish or fish. You are responsible to make your guests aware of possible allergens.

If you would like to update anything on your invoice for any reason after full payment has been made, there is a $5 fee to update & reprint your invoice. (Example: time change, add on to order, etc.)

You are given a 15 minute grace period to arrive. After the 15 minute grace period, $20 late fee will apply & will be due to recieve your order. CJ'S Bakery & Catering understands that life happens and some events are uncontrollable. Therfore communication is very important! Please respect my time & yours. My business is very specific with timing & needs to stay on a specific routine. Each business day is planned around each individuals set pick up time that is placed on their order.
